For my entire career, productivity in financial services has been built on precision, control, and manual ownership. Every spreadsheet checked, every report rebuilt from scratch. That mindset created discipline, but it also created limits.

Agentic AI changes that. The next generation of FS professionals won’t just complete tasks; they’ll design and guide the systems that complete them. They’ll know how to brief, supervise, and refine intelligent agents much like they manage teams today.

An AI-enabled workforce empowers people to do more of what matters. It turns human judgement into leverage, not labour - freeing time for the insight, relationships, and strategic thinking that truly drive value.
