The people:

AI enables small teams to achieve incredible outcomes. We are building a lean, but incredibly effective team.

Scott Wilson, CEO - Previously VP EMEA at Mambu. During his 3 year tenure revenue increased from €30m to €130m, and the valuation charged to €4.7bn from €1.9bn.

Ben Thomas, CRO - Spent 2 years on the Mambu leadership alongside Scott driving the global growth. Previously, 15 years with Accenture and McKinsey building the future of banking from within, selling and running multi-million dollar consulting engagements.

Mike Hatch, GM North America - With over 25-years in financial services, Mike brings rare depth across both sides of the industry. He began his career as a commercial and agricultural loan officer at community and regional banks in Kansas, giving him first-hand expertise in the institutions Covecta serves. He went on to serve as VP and National Sales Manager at Finastra, leading a team of sales executives and account managers selling a comprehensive enterprise fintech stack to community banks, regional banks, and credit unions across the country. Most recently, Mike was EVP and Head of Business Development on the executive leadership team at ICI, where he drove over 400% revenue growth over six years at a company with more than three decades of industry history. Mike is an original investor in Covecta and leads Covecta's US expansion.

New York City is the epicenter of American financial services, home to the world's largest commercial banks, the most active private credit markets, and a concentration of financial talent unmatched anywhere in the country. Just as our London hub sits at the heart of European financial services, our NYC hub places us squarely inside the most sophisticated banking ecosystem in the world. We are building a talent-dense team here, with the same ambition and caliber as our London team.

What are we building at Covecta?

Covecta is an Agentic AI platform built specifically for financial institutions. Covecta's Agents solve real productivity bottlenecks across client serving teams and support teams within commercial banks, building societies, specialist lenders and private credit teams.

Covecta's Agents and workflows are configured from within Covecta's studios to the organisation's specific needs and requirements. The Agents are controlled by Covecta’s purpose-built, Financial Services specific, orchestrator. They collect information from external data sources and internal systems and complete automated workflows and activities on behalf of users and teams across lead acquisition, origination and servicing.

Covecta accelerates automation with human in the loop optionality and elevates productivity, enabling colleagues to serve customers more deeply and accelerate portfolio growth. It’s built to work with customers’ existing systems, integrates easily, and doesn’t require training on customer data.

Imagine a world where every worker within this industry is multiplying their productivity. They are doing their best work, being productive and feeling fulfilled. This is what Covecta delivers.

Where are we in our journey?

We have come out of the gates fast.

We launched an MVP in January’25. We went live in April’25 with our first paying customer, Metro Bank, and continued adding to this through the year. As of December’25 we have customers across both the UK and US, and multiple high value strategic partnerships which will accelerate our distribution.

Our brand recognition is increasing and we have built a strong pipeline. We are now adding an additional Commercial Lead to accelerate our commercial execution. We have only achieved 0.01% of what we want. We have more to do, we want to execute at pace and build a destination business.

Who are we looking for?

AI offers huge potential, but if it is not adopted by the teams it could benefit, this potential will not be realized.

Many seem to have forgotten this. Covecta hasn't.

The AI Evangelism team is a critical team for Covecta, it is responsible for driving the behavioral change in our clients that result in rapid, high and persistent adoption of our seasoned banker agents.

We're looking for a highly talented AI Evangelist that blends industry leading customer success practices with AI first skills and strong influencing and coaching skills.

This role isn't just about managing customer relationships, it is about supporting, encouraging, coaching and guiding our customers on the most significant technology transformation journey of their careers. If you can accelerate this journey for them, then they benefit greatly, and so does Covecta.

This role will work alongside the Commercial Leads, Solution Engineers and the Product team. It will report into the Head of AI Evangelism.

We are changing the way the industry operates and that requires greatness.

> You Bring Professional Pride

You have a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment derived from your work and career. You have a strong commitment to high standards, dedication to your craft, and a desire to excel.

> You Are Customer Obsessed

You take pride and enjoyment in really understanding a customer's pain point and what is needed to make them successful. You build strong trust based relationships by going above and beyond. The relationships you build with customers will help enrich Covecta.

> You Are Relentlessly Inquisitive and Excited by Agentic AI

You are genuinely excited by the potential of AI and Agentic AI. You are already highly proficient at using a suite of AI tools and enjoy exploring and researching the continuous stream of new developments across the industry. You have several examples of how you have deployed AI effectively in a professional setting for either your own personal use or for the team around you. Ideally this would be a financial services industry context, but that is not a firm requirement.

> You Want To and Can Move Fast

We are moving fast, but we need to move faster. You can help us do this. We are changing an industry, that doesn't happen overnight, but the hard work starts now. Expect longer hours; the trade offs are worth it, because we enjoy it and we see the impact we are having.

> You Operate Well Within a Team

You like to take ownership, you organize yourself, and work effectively alongside a team and all your stakeholders. The team will individually and collectively be outstanding. We have our own office and it's our fun place to work.

Responsibilities

> Onboarding and production delivery

Accelerate customers from contract signature to fully adopted production usage. Structure phased rollouts (validation, go-live, scale) and remove blockers to accelerate First Value.

Define success criteria up front, configure agents to meet bank policies, and validate outcomes (accuracy vs manual baseline) before broad rollout.

During ramp-up, monitor output confidence and triage quality issues to harden the system before it hits the wider user base. This will require stakeholder management, project management, financial services domain knowledge, AI knowledge and strong influencing skills.

> Behavioral Change and Champion Enablement

Drive the human side of AI adoption through behavioral change. This will include coaching users, but ultimately it is about equipping the customer to lead the change.

Leverage the Covecta Change Playbook which defines the specific customer side roles we recommend (Exec Sponsor, Team Champion, etc).

Identify and certify internal "Super Users" and equip them with peer-to-peer training materials to shift their teams from "doing the work" to "reviewing the AI," overcoming anxiety and driving genuine adoption.

> Commercial Value and Expansion Support

Partner with the Commercial Lead to secure renewals and expansions. While the Commercial Lead owns the executive relationship, this role provides the evidence to drive that relationship forward.

Produce quarterly value reports that quantify "Hours Returned to Business" and "Capacity Unlocked."

Use daily visibility into usage to identify upstream/downstream opportunities and feed qualified leads to Commercial.

> Product Feedback and Customer Health

Act as the bridge between the customer and Covecta Product/Engineering. Run monthly Design Input Sessions with power users to validate roadmap priorities against real banking needs.

Partner with MLOps/DevOps to define "healthy" performance (latency, error rates) for each customer. When incidents occur, MLOps handles the technical fix while this role manages the business communication and impact assessment.
